Return and Refund Policy

If for some reason you change your mind and decide that this is not your Dream Dress:

• Email the order number and reason for return within 24 hours of product delivery.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping, insurance, and tracking number, and a $50 restocking fee will be charged to the card on file.
• Dress must be returned within 10 days of delivery in the same, unworn, and unaltered condition. 
• If dress is returned in the same, unworn, and unaltered condition, then the refund will be issued to the card on file, minus the restocking fee.
• If dress is returned in any other condition, then the buyer's card on file will be charged for listed retail price of the dress.
