Welcome to Dream Dress, these terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of dreamdress.us

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Dream Dress’s website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. 

The following pertains to our general terms and conditions:

• We do accept returns for orders - unless code FINALSALE15 has been used at checkout - see Return & Refund policy.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• All gowns listed online are also available at our physical store and therefore can be sold at any time. If one of your dresses is unavailable when we receive your order, we will contact you to choose an alternative or offer a refund.
• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and require additional time for delivery.
• Dream Dress is not responsible for shipment delays from the carrier so we cannot guarantee a delivery date but we will do everything we can to have your dress to you by the requested date. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you.
• Shipped orders are unable to be canceled or refunded.
• If you miss your delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our physical store and you will be required to place a new order to receive your dress. A refund will not be provided.
• Dream Dress is not liable for any damaged or lost products during shipping. If your order arrived with damages, you are required to contact Dream Dress on the day of delivery. Email photos and delivery details, and save all packaging materials and damaged goods. These will be handled on a case by case basis.
• Buyer is solely responsible for the price and condition of any products that are not returned in accordance with our policies. If you notice any of your expected items are missing or damaged, you must let us know within the day of delivery.
• Fees are non-refundable.

The following pertains to our Rentals:

• You have 48 hours with your dress from the date of delivery. Late fees will be charged to card on file if items are not shipped on time at  the rate of $50/day until either: the item is shipped or the total fees equal the full retail price of the item.
• We understand that some minor/normal wear and tear may be inevitable. However, noticeable damage, loss of the item(s), and/or theft are not considered to be normal wear and tear so if the item(s) is damaged beyond repair or never returned, the card on file will be charged the full retail price of the item(s).
• Fees are non-refundable.

Dream Dress utilizes pictures and descriptions from designer's websites for the most accurate depictions of products.
